EPS, EPE, EPP - Engineering
... because energy efficiency begins in the manufacture of the products.
Since 1983 we are with passion to be dedicated of developing the best solution.
Years of experience in the research, development, automation and engineering in the field of EPS®, EPP® and EPE® foaming technology allows us to offer the best solution together with the user and support you in implementing your idea to increase your competitiveness.

History can be distorted, but not denied! Who were the first to use microprocessors for active controlling and operating EPS molded part production in 1983? First the Intel 8080® and Zilog Z80®, and from 1984 onwards the first Siemens PLC® with active process management and Zyklen under 20 sec.!
While the rest continued to rely on their watch technology.
What helps make production more efficient today is:
- Energy savings through suitable machinery and control strategies
- Continuous staff training
Especially in the EPP sector, cycle time and energy savings of up to 50% in total are possible!
Our molding machines also work with tools without nozzles and/or micro-perforation, thereby reducing maintenance by up to 99% and cutting tool costs by up to 30%!
